hi i have not played for more than a year and I downloaded it again and I could not get the outfit for mana or Natsumi I also cant get the 13 version, special artwork and it said that there is no more content when there was a lot more

im using the Itch app on PC
You have to install it over the site since the Itch app doesn't detect the download somehow, i know its impractical but there's no way around it for now.
